Dr Moss uses the “super-wet” variation of the tumescent liposculpture technique in order to soften the fat and minimize bruising and the risk of contour irregularities. It also appears by his website that he also uses Ultrasonic liposuction in select situations. We were unable to find any pictures of his work but if you end up setting up a consultation this should definitely be a priority for you.
